Personal Data Processing Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

This policy explains how Apnet HQ LLC (“Apnet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit apnethq.com (the “Site”) or contact us through the forms on it.

1. Who we are

The data controller responsible for your personal data is:

Apnet HQ LLC
473 Poincianna Dr, Sarasota, FL 34243, United States
Email:inbox@apnethq.com
Phone:+1 719 410 0014

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the Site securely.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

3. How we use your data

4. Legal bases (for EEA/UK visitors)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (which you give when you submit a form) and our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and keeping the Site secure. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. Form submissions are delivered to our team through the Telegram messaging platform (operated by Telegram Messenger Inc.) using the Telegram Bot API, so that we receive and respond to your message promptly. The Site and its backend run on our own server. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. International transfers

Because we use Telegram to receive submissions, your message may be processed on servers outside your country, including outside the EEA. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected.

7. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them when they are no longer required. Server access logs are retained for a short period for security purposes and then rotated out.

8. How we protect it

The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to submissions is limited to our team, and credentials are stored only on the server, never in the website code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request disclosure of the personal information we hold and its deletion; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at inbox@apnethq.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
